This three week workshop will be led by Morgan Yakus, hypnosis practitioner and wellness expert. Morgan has collaborated with Jessa Blades & Jen Jaffe Natural Beauty/Wellness Experts to create a three week workshop that strengthens the connection to the mind, body and spirt along with the change of season. Together they will share their own tips, techniques, recipes and short cuts for inside change and balance. When you feel good inside, balance within yourself and the relationship to your surroundings can occur naturally and easily. We work with specific techniques that can be used within the fast pace New York City life style.
Each week we will focus on different subjects such as food, self care, mind body connection creating a deeper understanding of how to harmonize the body. There will be a group hypnosis in every workshop to support the changes on a physical and a mental level you desire, helping to bring more balance practices in to your daily life.
