Everything you put into and onto your body has an effect on your overall well-being. That’s why it is important to understand the ingredients of the products you use.
Over the course of the two evenings with herbalist and natural beauty expert, Jessa Blades, you will learn healing traditions to boost the body’s natural resilience from the inside and out.
On the first evening, you will be learning to understand ingredient labels and how to choose a healthy product. You will learn the differences between flower essences, essential oils, tinctures, extracts and oxymels. We will discuss how to heal your skin and return it back to a state of balance, as well as talking about DIY beauty products, and making your own to take home.
It is our intention that you leave with a greater understanding of how to change your daily self care regime, to elevate your whole body’s well-being.
The second evening we will discuss the benefits of using foods to aid with beauty and healing. You will learn which herbs and vinegars can be used medicinally, as well as what beauty foods you can start eating now to help heal your skin. You will be guided on how to blend your own healing tea, for you to take home.
It is our intention that you leave feeling empowered taking your health and healing into your own hands.
Jessa will talk Ingredient labels and how to choose a healthy product. It is our intention for students to leave with a greater understanding of how to change their everyday self care rituals. We will also talk about:
