Jessa will discuss healing traditions and plant medicine to boost the body's natural resilience from the inside and out, introducing delicious, sensual and easy rituals that show you how to listen to your body and create a personalized change to nourish your mind, body and spirit.
Learn how to better understand what is going on in your body, by listening to your skin and learning how to work with the body's own systems to restore balance. Participants will be introduced to the basics of plant medicine through essential oils, tinctures, and flower essences and other powerful raw ingredients. Together we will discover the simplicity and the importance of understanding how to change everyday self care rituals, towards empowering healing and vitality for each individual.
